This is a request for OMB to review and approve modification of “Form-11: Trainee – Onboarding Survey” of the “NIH Office of Intramural Training & Education (OITE) - Application, Registration, and Alumni Systems”: OMB Number 0925-0299.  OITE is requesting permission to remove three questions and update one question to ensure compliance with Executive Order 14168: Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government.  The burden time for Form-11, and subsequently OMB Number 0925-0229, is not projected to change based on this modification.
