The Native American Housing Assistance
and Self Determination Act (NAHASDA) requires recipients (which
includes both tribes and tribally designated housing entities
(TDHEs)) to submit specific, information that is necessary if they
want to implement low-income housing programs in their communities
using Indian Housing Block Grant (IHGB) funds. Recipients have the
option of preparing and submitting the required information in a
paper format or electronically.
