Implementation of the Native
American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996
(NAHASDA): Indian Housing Plan, Income Verification,
Certifications, Performance Report, etc.
Eligible applicants (IHAs), tribes,
and tribally designated housing entities (TDHEs) will submit a 5-
or 1-year housing plan for grant funding under the Act. The IH
block grant formula will be used to allocate equitably and fairly
the funds. HUD monitors grant recipients by annual performance
reports, on-site reviews, and audits.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
