Supplemental Document: Justification for a no material/non-substantive change
ATF requests approval to make the following changes to IC OMB 1140-0070 (Application for Explosives License or Permit (ATF Form 5400.13/5400.16)).
Change Requested:
This revision request includes changes implemented to be in compliance with the recent executive order requiring agencies to switch from using checks, money orders, and other similar payments and instead move to using the online payment method of pay.gov.
