Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation (DEAR), codified at 48 CFR Chapter 9, underwent a comprehensive revision (89 FR 89720 published on November 13, 2024 to streamline the policies, procedures, provisions and clauses that are applicable to the Department’s contracts. As a result of the comprehensive DEAR revision (89 FR 89720 published on November 13, 2024) referenced above, the total number of responses increased by 285, and the total time burden increased by 974 hours.
