Goal
		of the study (e.g., determine behavioral factors that influence
		changes in weight over time or evaluate program delivery
		processes): The
	purpose of this survey is to document experiences of mentors in the
	Mentorship Program.  The Mentorship Program is a component of the
	Workforce Acceleration Initiative (WAI) Learning Community. The WAI
	Learning Community is designed to strengthen WAI Placements and
	Public Health Agency (PHA) teams’ capacity to accomplish their
	systems improvement priorities and goals. 
	 The
	WAI is implemented by the CDC Foundation through the Association of
	Public Health Laboratories (APHL) to recruit, hire, and place 127
	technology and data experts directly in 49 diverse public health
	agencies to accelerate their priority information system
	improvements, strengthen the public health workforce at all levels,
	and advance progress towards Public Health Data Strategy (PHDS)
	goals. 
	 
		Intended
		use of the resulting data (e.g., provide suggestions for improving
		community-based programs):  
		 
	 
	To
	ensure the WAI Learning Community meets the needs of its customers. 
	 Methods
		to be used to collect (e.g., prospective cohort design; randomized
		trial; etc.): 
		 Combination
	open-ended, Likert scale, and 5-point questions to any PHA staff who
	serves as a mentor. The
		subpopulation to be studied (e.g., school-age children in North
		Carolina, conference attendees): 
		 State,
	tribal, local, and territorial public health agency staff 
	 How
		data will be analyzed (e.g., logistic regression, descriptive
		statistics): 
		 Descriptive
	statistics and qualitative analysis based on open-ended and
