There’s a numbering issue in 1122-0022 for OVW. It looks like #5 was cut, and there are two
#7s in the 60-day notice.
Once that is corrected, the three ICRs for OVW are cleared.

with the President’s action memo regarding “90 FR 8249 - Regulatory Freeze Pending
Review.”

I am including a summary spreadsheet and a SharePoint link to the applicable

NOTE – for decision: The Director, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms
and Explosives (ATF) has requested to delegate approving authority for the ATF
ICRs to the Chief Counsel Robert Leider. Mr. Leider is not a political appointee as
required per 90 FR 8249 (See Attached Email). To ensure the Department
continues to comply with the Presidential memo, the Justice Management Division
(JMD) will continue to send all ICRs to you, unless you authorize Mr. Leider to
