As we plan new training and technical assistance (T&TA) opportunities for grantees, we are eager to hear your feedback on T&TA activities you’ve participated in to learn what has increased your organizational capacity, what can be improved, and what topics we should explore moving forward.

Please click the link below to complete the survey that takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and tell us how we can offer T&TA that serves the specialized needs of your APP program. The responses are anonymous, and the results will be used to inform enhanced T&TA in fiscal year 2022
