We are emailing you from the Exchange Teacher Team at the Department of State, Bureau of Educational and
Cultural Affairs (ECA). We invite to take part in a survey to let us know about your experiences Exchange
Teacher program thus far. The results of the survey will be used solely to determine areas for improvement
and growth of the program.
Your participation in the survey is completely voluntary and will take approximately 20-25 minutes. If you
choose to participate, you can stop the survey at any time or refuse to answer any questions.
Your responses will be confidential and anonymous for the purposes of reporting. The only instances
when your name may be used are for the purpose of follow-up on specific problems identified in this survey. If
you would like our help with a problem, please provide your contact information when prompted at
the end of the survey. Note that we will also ask whether you know of any other teachers experiencing
problems. If you supply the names of other teachers, your name will not be linked to these referrals.
