Justification for Non-Substantive Change Request for 1405-0160 (DS-5504)

Passport Services requests to have the expiration date for the DS-5504 rolled over on a month-to-month basis until the DS-11 and DS-82 are approved by OIRA/OMB.

After the DS-11, DS-82 and DS-5504 are all approved by OIRA/OMB, Passport Services requests to have the expiration dates for the DS-11, DS-82, and DS-5504 rolled over on a month-to-month basis until our external partner completes their development and testing required to process these forms.  Development and testing should take roughly five to eight weeks to complete.
