Other changes** To better serve its clients, the Office of Housing Counseling has made the following non-material changes to the 90005 (2502-0606): The deadline date for submission has been deleted. A reference to the deadline date in the Federal Register Notice has been added instead. This eliminates the need to future changes when new solicitations are made. The email address for the submission of the applications was changed as OHC set-up a specific mailbox for submission/receipt of the applications. The address for mailed in application has been changed to the Office of the DAS for Housing Counseling. As staff may change periodically, this address will be a consistent location for mail in applications A question has been added allowing applicants to self- identify to which of the 4 categories they belong. The 4 categories are mortgage industry, real estate industry, consumers, and HUD-approved housing counseling agencies. The applicant it asked if they are a registered Federal lobbyist. “Transgender” has been deleted as a gender type. There are no changes in the Total Number of Respondents, Total Annual Hours, or Costs. If possible, we hope to be able to publish the FRN announcing the solicitation on new members by February19, 2018, depending on OMB approval.
