The current OMB inventory for
this collection is 9,770 burden hours. In this submission, we are
requesting a total of 17,386 burden hours. This represents an
adjustment increase of 3,273 burden hours. The adjustment increase
is due to re-estimating the average number of annual responses and
the amount of time required to respond. This also represents a
program increase of 4,343 burden hours due to the publication of
the Subpart G regulations, Well Operations and Equipment, which
added requirements listed under APMs. The current OMB non-hour cost
burden for the APM requirement is $361,625. In this submission, we
are requesting a total of $308,500. This represents an adjustment
decrease of $53,125. The decrease is due to receiving less APM
applications this past cycle.
