			This information collection requires an

			When must information be submitted to
			the TSA? | 
			Information must be submitted to TSA
			before an aircraft operator, air carrier, or indirect air carrier
			at
			least 90 days before the intended date of passenger operations.

			How is the information submitted? | 
			The information must be submitted in
			accordance with the regulations.  Air Carriers, Aircraft
			Operators, and Indirect Air Carriers must submit the information
			to their designated official.

			What happens when complete
			information is received? | 
			Once the security program is adopted and
			implemented, TSA will determine compliance with the program
			requirements through routine
			onsite inspections, assessments, and tests.
