Federal Register Notice on Solicitation for Applications for Medicare Prescription Drug Plan 2017 Contracts
CMS received two commenst on the July 7, 2015 notice on the Solicitation for Applications for Medicare Prescription Drug Plan 2017 Contracts. Both commenters were Part D sponsors. The comment submitted by one sponsor suggested that we clarify that an applicant only needed to answer “yes” to one of two attestations related to applicant experience in order to comply with the requirements of the regulation. CMS accepted this comment and edited the application accordingly. This edit resulted in no burden change. The other commenter submitted comments related solely to Part C applications.
