Addition of item O0420: Distinct Calendar Days of Therapy |
The Item would be added to allow the RUG-IV grouper software to calculate more accurately the number of therapy days a SNF resident has received in order to place him or her into the correct RUG-IV payment group. The Item would not be added as the result of any change in statute or policy; rather, it would be added to ensure that our existing Rehabilitation RUG classification policies are properly implemented as intended. |
