collect systemic risk data from U.S. Bank Holding Companies (BHCs)
with total consolidated assets of $50 billion or more, and any
U.S.-based organizations that are designated as global systemically
important banks (G-SIBs) by the Basel Committee on Banking
Supervision (BCBS) that do not otherwise meet the consolidated
assets threshold.
