Purpose

The purpose of this email is to provide you with information regarding: Your MPEP (Model Performance Evaluation Program) PASSWORD How to submit your HIV Rapid Testing MPEP Results online WEBSITE address

Dear Participant: As you are aware, your facility will be shipped the HIV-RT MPEP performance evaluation panel from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Model Performance Evaluation Program (MPEP). As in previous MPEP shipments, you will receive a total of 6 samples. Please see below for details regarding the shipment and result submission; the HIV-RT MPEP performance evaluation results must be submitted online. Please keep a copy of your password! You must submit your results online; there will be a worksheet for your convenience included with the samples: do NOT mail the worksheet!

This year MPEP will only be accepting results online. The current address for online result submission is: http://wwwn.cdc.gov/mpep/results/login.aspx Since most communications will now take place via email, it is especially important for the MPEP to have a current, valid email address for your site.

In order to enter your results online, you will need: the current URL (website address) for online result entry (see above) your 5-digit MPEP number, which may contain leading zeros (0’s), and is noted above as part of your facility’s address. your facility’s online data entry password.
