JUSTIFICATION FOR THE NON-SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE FOR INFORMATION COLLECTION 3060-0106
The Commission is requesting to remove Part 43 from the title of information collection 3060-0106 due to the collection containing information collection requirements from both 47 CFR Parts 43 and 63. Therefore, the new title for collection 3060-0106 will be Reporting Requirements for U.S. Providers of International Telecommunications Services and Affiliates. This non-substantial change request is only a change to the title of the information collection.
