Supplementary Statement 11 /23 /06:
According to Item 13 of the Supporting Statement, the cost burden should be $51,750, which over-inflates DOL’s cost burden by $2,784,250. Thus, the higher cost burden of $2,836,000 was an inadvertent error which must be changed to $51,750 to reflect the correct cost burden for this information collection, which is intended to streamline the grant application process.
