for your comments dated April 7, 2008 regarding the CDC 60 Day Federal
Register Notice for [CDC 0920-0576], Possession, Use, and Transfer of Select
Agents and Toxins (42 CFR 73). CDC agreed with your comment about the
“frequent fax transmission rendering it unreadable.” CDC in conjunction with
APHIS has revised the "Request to Transfer Select Agent or Toxin" form to
eliminate the frequent fax transmission. Your other comments that did not
relate to the forms, but to operations within the Program, have been forwarded
to the appropriate personnel for review.
