However, your cooperation is a necessary input for reliable results. Individual reports will be kept strictly confidential and will be used only in combination with other reports to prepare a State estimate. A reply by June 15 will be necessary for your data to be included. A return envelope which needs no stamp is enclosed for your convenience.
