In response to our phone call regarding Table 4, the MHBG Program will revise the FY 2008-2010 Guidance by removing all reference to reporting Table 4 as optional and add insert new language to “strongly encourage” States to report this information.

Additionally, staff will revise the hourly wage cost estimate associated with reporting the annualized hourly burden to be consistent with the hourly page range for GS 9 -12
