This increase is due to the
increase on DDRA applications in the past three years, and a
subsequest increased burden on institutional project directors as a
result of this. Since more students are applying, project directors
spend more time screening applications and compiling the
institutional submissions. It is also important to note that
certain features of the e-Application system require project
directors to spend more time on the application process. aculty and
student references are now required to submit forms and letters
online. They have been needing more technical assistance, which
takes time.
