Other: This proposed change for the approved Study of the Implemenation of Research-Based Programs and Practices to Prevent Youth Substance Abuse and School Crime will examine and add as appropriate the Helping America's Youth (HAY) list of research-based prevention programs and the What Works Clearinghouse (WWC) list of effective character education programs. Plans for adding up to three programs on these lists are attached as a supporting document. There is no change in burden hours.
