Abstract: ALL AM APPLICANTS ARE SUBJECT TO SECTION 73.099 WHICH REQUIRES THE FILING OF A LETTER PROVIDING INFORMATION TO THE FCC REGARDING THE PRESUNRISE OPERATION. INFORMATION REQUIRED IS NAME, CALL LETTERS, A SHOWING REGARDING INTERFERENCE, AND A DESCRIPTION OF THE METHOD WHEREB ANY PROPOSED POWER REDUCTION WILL BE ACHIEVED, AND THE STATION LOCATION. THIS INFORMATION ASSURES THE COMMISSION THAT GOOD ENGINEERING PRACTICES ARE BEING APPLIED.
